Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services from TBC.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending upon your wireless carrier and service plan.

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from TBC at any time by replying STOP to a text message from us.

After an opt-out request is processed, you may receive a confirmation message. We will stop sending SMS messages to that mobile number unless you subsequently provide consent to resume SMS communications.

Other commonly recognized opt-out requests, including CANCEL, END, QUIT, and UNSUBSCRIBE, may also be honored where supported by our messaging platform.

TBC does not use its SMS program to send advertising, promotional offers, or marketing messages.
